Our Story

We’re on a mission to make falafel famous. Why? Because it should be. It’s been around for centuries. It was vegan before vegan was cool. And our recipe can’t be beat—it comes straight from the food vendors that line the streets of Israel and served up in a fun, fast-casual atmosphere. Trust us—it’s good. Come to think of it, everything here is.

Everything we dish up is made in-house. Our herbs are picked fresh. Our sauces are handmade. Our meat is cut straight from the spit. Because, to us, it’s all about making the best food the best way we know how. So whether you’re grabbing some house-made hummus or pairing your Bubbly Bowl with a craft beer, you know you’re getting something that tastes good and is good for you.
